Getting Started

First Launch
- Open the app
- Choose your preferred units (ml or fl oz)
- Enter your basic info for a personalized goal
- Or skip and use default settings

- Enter your weight
- Add your height
- Input your age
- Select your activity level
- Get your personalized daily water goal
Daily Use
Adding Water
Quick Add (From Home Screen)
- Press and hold the app icon
- Choose from preset amounts
- Water is instantly added!
From Main Screen
- Tap your preferred amount
- Hit the "Add" button
- Watch your progress circle fill up
Tracking Progress
- See your daily progress in the circle
- Check how much you've had today
- View your remaining amount
- Celebrate when you hit your goal!
Setting Reminders
- Go to Reminders Tab
- Tap "Add Reminder"
- Choose time, days, and frequency
- Turn on/off as needed
Checking History
- Visit the History tab
- See your daily totals
- Check when you drank water
- Track your progress over time
